The basis for calculating the costs is our hourly rate of $500 per hour.
We will inform you if anything happens that significantly changes this estimate. If our professional fee is likely to be more than $3000 (before GST and disbursements are added) we will provide you with a full disclosure of costs in writing.

Our firm may, at its sole discretion, allocate up to 20% of the total service fees received in connection with a matter as a referral commission to the individual or entity who referred the matter to us (“the Referrer”).
This commission is entirely discretionary and is borne exclusively by our firm. It does not affect the client’s interests, obligations, or entitlements in any way, nor does it alter the scope or quality of services provided to the client.
